Question: What are your payment options?
Answer: Paypal, or Cash Deposit (BDO)
Question: Can I pay through Paypal even if I don't have a PayPal account?
Answer: Yes. Purchases are processed as PayPal GUESTS. All you need is a valid credit card, PayPal is our credit card processor.
Question: Can I use an international credit card with a Philippine address?
Answer: Yes. Upon CHECK OUT, just REGISTER to the website. Then just fill in the LOCAL SHIPPING ADDRESS in the Philippines.
Question: How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
Answer: Shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days (not including weekends and holidays). If we can deliver the item sooner, especially for orders from within Metro Manila, we will definitely inform you.
Question: Why is the shipping charge not showing up during checkout?
Answer: Shipping charges are calculated and updated at CHECK OUT page once shipping address is entered and submitted.

Question: Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines.
Answer: Yes we do.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Not at this time. Possibly in the future.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return/exchange policy is honored if:
1. The item has a factory defect.
2. The item is returned in its original condition (undamaged, unwashed, and unused). Tags and labels must still be attached.
*Shipping charges will still apply and must be deposited to Greyone Social's account. A proof of deposit must be sent to email@example.com before we ship the replacement over.
*If the returned item does not meet any of the above-mentioned conditions, the request for return/exchange will not be accepted and the returned item will be sent back to the owner.
